Terms and Conditions of Sale between ‘RMS Tyres Ltd  & You'

1. Garage Customers: The fitting of tyres or wheels to your vehicle will be subject to a visual inspection of your vehicle, wheels and tyres prior to the work starting. This ensures you have selected the correct tyre and wheel specifications for your vehicle. 

2.  No Exchanges/Refunds Once You Have Drove Off: Please check the tyres and work that has been carried out and make sure you are completely satisfied while in the fitter’s presence. We do not take any responsibility of the tyre once you have driven off. Tyres have been pressure checked and installed. Any punctures or damage to the tyre after you have driven off are not our responsibility. 

PLEASE NOTE AFTER YOU HAVE DRIVEN THE CAR FOR 30 MILES IT IS ESSENTIAL TO HAVE THE WHEEL NUTS RETORQUED.

3. Price: The price of the products and/or services is inclusive of VAT and will be the pounds sterling price stated at the time of order. 

4. Payment: For products and services payment will be taken up front, in full, by Cash, PayPal, Card payment or Bank transfer.

5. Ownership of Products: All products supplied remain our property until paid for by you in full.

6. Liability for Damage to Products: Once any products have been supplied you will become liable for any loss or damage to those products.

7. Liability for Structural Defects: We will not be liable for any damage to your vehicle which is caused as a direct result of structural defects, previous issues or weaknesses.

1. Mobile Service Bookings: The fitting of tyres or wheels to your vehicle will be subject to a visual inspection of your vehicle, wheels and tyres prior to the work starting. This ensures you have selected the correct tyre and wheel specifications for your vehicle.

2. No Exchanges/Refunds - Once booked and payed for we will not refund if the fitter has left for the job. Futhermore Once You Have Drove Off: Please check the tyres and work that has been carried out and make sure you are completely satisfied while in the fitter’s presence. We do not take any responsibility of the tyre once you have driven off. Tyres have been pressure checked and installed. Any punctures or damage to the tyre afteryou have driven off and any issues with the tyres there of are not our responsibility.
